Latimer Drywall and Paint is a one-person, owner-operated business. Brandon Latimer is a second-generation drywall professional with over 15 years in the trade, and every project, small or large, gets the same attention to detail.
Some customers want a premium, perfectly smooth finish for a custom home. Others need a reliable professional to fix a wall or finish a remodel. Both are welcome.
What Brandon does
New drywall is the foundation for everything that follows. Brandon hangs sheets carefully so seams land where they should and surfaces stay flat, which makes the finish smoother and the paint better looking.

Taping, mudding, and sanding is where drywall becomes a wall. It is slow, careful work, and it is the part of the job people see every day. Brandon finishes to match your plans, from a clean paint-ready surface to a premium smooth wall.

A skim coat across the whole surface creates the smoothest, most uniform wall drywall can offer. It is a specialty of Brandon’s, and well worth it in the right rooms.
Holes, dents, cracks, and cut-outs from other trades are no problem, and small jobs are welcome. Repairs are patched, finished, and blended so they disappear into the surrounding wall.
Remodels are full of surprises: moved walls, new openings, mixed old and new surfaces. Brandon is comfortable working through them, tying new drywall into existing walls and ceilings so the seams are not obvious.
Homeowners and contractors both welcome.
Archways, soffits, angled walls, niches, and other architectural details take patience and a good eye. Brandon enjoys the custom work that makes a house feel one of a kind.
